Exchange & Returns Policy
Product returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re kept intact in their original packaging at all times.
All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Carlo Romano Shoes upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.
Returns
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid)
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days

Shipping
You need to ship back the products in their original packaging within the cardboard box. Items received in any other packaging apart from the original packaging will not be liable to refund after examination by management.
Please Note - Each product is carefully inspected and comes with a tag loop/seal attached. For any return or exchange to be processed, the tag loop/seal must remain unbroken and intact. We will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests if the tag loop/seal has been removed, broken, or tampered with in any way. Kindly ensure the product and its packaging are returned in their original condition.
